Hey, I'm Ashley!
Well hello there! My name is Ashley and I'm an adventurous wedding/elopement photographer who lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with my husband Sean and mini goldendoodle, Mia. I never met a dog I didn't like and I could live in the mountains. (As long as the mountains have wifi so I can watch The Office or Ted Lasso.) I have a love for people who think outside the box and are not afraid to be themselves, and I love being able to capture that on camera. I am passionate about elopements and firmly believe that the smallest weddings can be the best ones. Here are a few things about me!

Traveling is honestly one of my passions. I make it a point to get out and explore this beautiful earth as often as humanly possible. Elopements allow me to do what I do best:
Deeply connect with and see the true dynamic of every couple I work with
Be an absolute nature nerd as I explore with my couples through the US, Europe, and beyond
(And maybe make a dad joke or two)
Take a step back to observe the real chemistry, and direct when needed in order to get photos that you can really feel
and create art that is directly inspired by the love you have for each other.
I'll probably be helping you with buttoning up your dress, pinning your boutonniere, figuring out how in the world to hike with a bouquet, and
by the end of your elopement day we'll feel like old friends.
Elopements represent everything I am
and what the core of what weddings are all about.
Working with so many couples with big weddings and being one of the few people they can truly vent to as all the planning is going down, I saw how stressful the traditional wedding day was for them. I saw how they didn't get to eat a single bite of the food they spent thousands on. I saw how they only got fleeting seconds to say a brief hello to their best friends. I saw how they never got a quick break to just take in the moment, to breathe each other in. And I knew there had to be a better way.
