Brin and Jackson met at their church. They love to travel and are some of the wittiest, most easy going people I have ever met. Brin and Jackson opted to do a first look shoot prior to the day of their wedding. Doing a first look session before your wedding is becoming increasingly popular. It gives you a chance to get the dreamy location photos you’ve always wanted and have some flexibility with weather and the ability to enjoy spending more time together in those amazing clothes that you have waited your whole life to wear.
Brin and Jackson knew their itinerary on their big day was going to be jam packed. They wanted to have some fun shots together and a first look formal session was definitely the way to go. This was a great call. Not only did they get a little more freedom with the kinds of photos available but time was not restricted and no one was waiting on them. They danced around on the shore of the The Great Salt Lake until the sun went down and were so excited to have these to quickly print out for their reception. I love this location because it has almost a beachy look and the water makes for some amazing reflections on a clear day.
On the day of their wedding, they chose to get married in the Salt Lake Temple with all of their friends and family to cheer them on. The reception to follow was decorated with first look photos and everything went off without a hitch. I was so excited to be able to work with Brin and Jackson and was thrilled to be a part of their special day.
